Dr. Lloyd Williams
Dr. Williams is an organizational-clinical psychological consultant who has consulted with over 200 organizations worldwide in Fortune 100, 500 and Non-Profits as well, universities and international organizations and provides executive coaching services to individuals and teams. He has worked with organizations in all sectors and leaders from around the world, focusing on marginalized populations and diverse cultures. His organizational work involves issues of change management, human resource system development, organizational behavioral development and change, executive leadership development, start-up and restructure development, gap reduction and skill closure from what is required versus what exists within organizations. He also provides clinical psychological consultation and intervention services.
Dr. Williams holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, a Ph. D. in Organizational Psychology, and a Doctorate in Ministry. He is a Certified Management Consultant from the Institute of Management Consulting and a Registered Organizational Development Professional with the International Registry of Organizational Development Professionals, a registered member of the American Counseling Association and a certified Coach. He is the author of several books and continues to educate others as a professor at five of the world’s top twenty business schools.
Rev. Gloria Soja
Gloria Soja is social justice advocate and ordained minister with over 17 years of experience working in the criminal justice system. Her passions are program analysis, advocating for system improvements, developing common language, seeking ways to improve staff resilience, and creating space for difficult conversations. She can engage diverse populations, coordinate activities between groups with competing interests, and adapt to rapidly shifting organizational priorities.
Gloria holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Management, a Master of Arts-Criminal Justice, and a Master of Divinity. She is a certified Circle of Security-Parenting facilitator (www.circleofsecurityinternational.com) and a certified Question, Persuade, Refer instructor (qprinstitute.com) who believes in keeping “person first” in all interactions.
Dr. Nadine Wheat
Dr. Nadine C. Wheat is a leadership and team building professional with over 25 years’ experience. Areas of expertise include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Change Management, Project Management, Virtual Team Management and Customer Service. She has the ability to problem solve issues with unique out of the box solutions using superb analytical, implementation, and communications skills. As an organizational development consultant to leaders and managers in executive positions, she provides strategies for sustainable business performances. Dr. Wheat’s unique ability to create authentic leaders, enabling them to address both organizational and individual needs, improving team dynamics to enhance productivity and overall performance. Working with top-line employees and leaders, to help them to understand the basic concepts of diversity, inclusion and equity. Helping organizations have an intentional focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Dr. Wheat has a MBA in Management and Accounting and a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She is currently working on her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She is an organizational psychologist, trainer, consultant, speaker, mentor and college professor, and an author. She co-authored a book regarding women in the workplace called, She Crabs in a Barrel.
Dr. Andrew Thomas
Dr. Andrew Thomas is a broadly trained professional with an extensive background in a wide variety of analytic tools and practice areas. With nearly twenty years’ experience in academia, law, government, and the private sector, Dr. Thomas has worked in a wide variety of industry verticals and brings a unique analytic perspective to high-profile client issue resolution. His research has focused on the intersection of organizational behavior, individual psychology as well as legal, political, and financial structures.
Dr. Thomas’ educational background includes a Ph.D. in Political Behavior, Public Policy and Public Administration, J.D., and an MACC. He is currently working on a DBA and is active in a variety of academic and policy related organizations as well as being a member of the Idaho State Bar.
Dr. Gregory Thomas
Dr. Thomas is a global transformative leader of complex technology projects/programs and organizational problem-solver who has successfully led over $60billion worth of project and program initiatives for public and private sector organizations.
Dr. Thomas has successfully resolved crises and deployed high-profile projects and programs with Fortune 100 and middle-market clients in over sixty-five countries on five continents.
This is in addition to his public-sector crisis management and strategic consulting engagements for well-known United States federal (e.g., The White House, Department of Defense), state, and local government agencies.
Dr. Thomas is a Certified Management Consultant from the Institute of Management Consulting and a Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. He holds a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA, an MD in Neuropsychiatry, and a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology – all degrees earned with honors and other distinctions.
