Dr. Nadine Wheat

Dr. Nadine C. Wheat is a leadership and team building professional with over 25 years’ experience. Areas of expertise include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Change Management, Project Management, Virtual Team Management and Customer Service. She has the ability to problem solve issues with unique out of the box solutions using superb analytical, implementation, and communications skills. As an organizational development consultant to leaders and managers in executive positions, she provides strategies for sustainable business performances. Dr. Wheat’s   unique ability to create authentic leaders, enabling them to address both organizational and individual needs, improving team dynamics to enhance productivity and overall performance. Working with top-line employees and leaders, to help them to understand the basic concepts of diversity, inclusion and equity. Helping organizations have an intentional focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Dr. Wheat has a MBA in Management and Accounting and a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She is currently working on her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She is an organizational psychologist, trainer, consultant, speaker, mentor and college professor, and an author. She co-authored a book regarding women in the workplace called, She Crabs in a Barrel.

Dr. Claudia Barnett

Dr. Claudia Barnett, PhD., is a Performance improvement technologist. A scholar practitioner who holds a doctorate in this area, she is known for her hands on and realistic mentoring styles. Dr. Barnett has assisted countless organizations with improving their performance. An author of five publications in mentoring, Dr. Barnett is known as a guru with practical application.

Established with over 30 years of diverse experience, she has aided hundreds of individuals, 250 doctoral students secure their dissertation status, partnered with educational institutions, assisted healthcare organizations as they transition to upgraded technology in the United States. Her specialized skills has allowed her to impact numerous organizations in Central America, South America and the Caribbean as well.

Her ability to analyze and improve business and organizational processes to achieve maximum effectiveness and productivity has equated to millions of dollars saved, and in some cases, reallocated. As changes are implemented, Dr. Barnett is proficient in her tasks and goals. Her specialized skill is to identify performance concerns and analyze the factors that impact improvement. When needed, her ability to develop and implement Training solutions ensures productivity.

Jenai Marinkovic

Jenai Marinkovic is a leading cybersecurity and technology executive, recognized as one of the world’s preeminent female Chief Information Security Officers, with over 20 years of experience in designing, building, and managing global Fortune 100 cybersecurity capabilities at scale. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of domains including Enterprise Risk Management, Security Governance, Security Research & Innovation, Consumer Product Security, Application Security & Architecture, Engineering, Testing & Assessment, Security Operations, Threat Management, Cyber Defense, Response, Forensics, and eDiscovery. Additionally, Jenai has managed physical security and crisis management capabilities, showcasing her comprehensive approach to organizational security.

Throughout her career, Jenai has held several key positions that highlight her leadership and vision in the technology sector. She serves on the Technology Advisory Board for Beyond, an award-winning technology and design firm. Jenai is also the founder of the NextCISO Apprenticeship program and the GRC Center for Intelligent Ecosystems (GRCIE), which offers tuition-free cybersecurity education to underserved communities including BIPOC, women, and veterans, providing them with job opportunities and sustainable career paths. She is also an active member of the ISACA Emerging Trends Working Group and led an all-women team to create ISACA’s first-ever AI audit toolkit, designed to help IT auditors assess AI systems with dynamic, multi-disciplinary techniques.Her exceptional contributions to the field have earned her significant recognition. She was named one of the 13 Women in Cybersecurity Defense by Information Security Magazine and was a finalist for the CTO of the Year Award at the Women in IT Awards.

Jenai’s extensive experience spans multiple industries including Critical Infrastructure, Entertainment, Video Games & Television, Design, Finance & Insurance, Pharmaceuticals & Biomedical Manufacturing, Automotive, and Security Consulting. She is well-versed in compliance standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, GDPR, HIPPA, CSA CCM, MPAA Best Practices, COPPA, BIPA, and FERPA.

Jenai continues to drive innovation and excellence in cybersecurity, leveraging her deep expertise to protect and advance the technological capabilities of leading global organizations.

Becca Sayre

Becca Sayre is a UI and UX designer who has been working in web design and development for more than a decade. She is an expert at building effective websites and email campaigns, designing marketing campaigns, improving the flow and UX of marketing funnels and creating engaging social media. She has worked with clients in spaces including data technology, software, B2B, finance, commercial, non-profit and tech startup to optimize their websites and marketing assets. She has worked on nearly every part of a web marketing team from Assistant Designer to Director of Design and Development.

Becca has a B.A. in Journalism – Radio/Television Production and a minor in Media Arts. She directed a PBS documentary about Missoula’s famous 1970’s Aber Day Kegger and continues to work in Montana with film and arts nonprofits.

Dr. Gregory Thomas

Dr. Thomas is a global transformative leader of complex technology projects/programs and organizational problem-solver who has successfully led over $60billion worth of project and program initiatives for public and private sector organizations.

Dr. Thomas has successfully resolved crises and deployed high-profile projects and programs with Fortune 100 and middle-market clients in over sixty-five countries on five continents.

This is in addition to his public-sector crisis management and strategic consulting engagements for well-known United States federal (e.g., The White House, Department of Defense), state, and local government agencies.

Dr. Thomas holds the Project Management Professional credential with the Project Management Institute. He has a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology.
